No. For their safety and comfort, cats may not be picked up. Please let cats approach you on their own terms. Gentle petting and toys are welcome.
No. Our cats are permanent residents who are comfortable in the lounge and call this their forever home.
Yes. Our cats live here full time in a clean, controlled environment with daily monitoring and regular veterinary care.
Yes. Please be gentle, keep voices calm, wash or sanitize hands before entering, and keep flash photography off.
Children 6 and under are not permitted (no exceptions).
Yes! Koi feeding is available through our gachapon machines using approved pellets only. Please follow posted instructions.
No tapping on glass, no outside food, no hands in the water. Children must be supervised near the pond.
